Growing up in London (Let alone East) you can clearly see the diversity throughout each area of London and you get to experience different instruments/ sounds that get constructed together to make a masterpiece so why not display this through Dj’ing ? Coming from a Caribbean background growing up in East Ham, East London I grew up to the sounds of Reggae, Dancehall, Kizomba, Zouk, Soca and can not forget the one and only Funky House; the Funky House is the anomaly out of the lot but was pioneered HEAVILY (imagine me saying it with BIG BOLD LETTERS) by my whole family, but mainly my father and my sister which has made love funky house a lot more.
